How do you clean the carburetor of a 110cc offroad motorcyle engine?
Just got a used motorcycle... but the carburetor needs cleaned. What solutions do i need to clean it? Do I take it all the way apart and clean it?
If it runs there are many fuel system cleaners you can use. I use a product called sea foam, it's an oil or gas additive and also a fuel stabilizer.
Works great.
If it won't run you'll have to tear the carb down & rebuild it, using a rebuild kit. Soak all of the parts in parts cleaner, making sure all the ports are open.
